Easy Keto Broccoli Salad



INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb raw broccoli florets

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 3 tbsp Lakanto sweetener or sweetener of choice with 1:1 ratio to sugar

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 3/4 cup cooked bacon crumbles or pieces

  • Sunflower seeds

  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar



INSTRUCTIONS

  • Start by mixing the mayo, white wine vinegar and sweetener in a bowl.

  • Once the dessing is fully mixed you can add in the broccoli, cheese and bacon crumbles. Mix until fully combined and the dressing has coated all of the broccoli

  • Refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the broccoli to soften.

  • Top with sunflower seeds and enjoy.
