INGREDIENTS
1 lb raw broccoli florets
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp Lakanto sweetener or sweetener of choice with 1:1 ratio to sugar
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup cooked bacon crumbles or pieces
Sunflower seeds
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
Start by mixing the mayo, white wine vinegar and sweetener in a bowl.
Once the dessing is fully mixed you can add in the broccoli, cheese and bacon crumbles. Mix until fully combined and the dressing has coated all of the broccoli
Refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the broccoli to soften.
Top with sunflower seeds and enjoy.
