Garlic Ranch Beef Tips


Garlic Ranch Beef Tips and Gravy makes for the perfect comfort food. It’s packed with flavor and is super simple to toss together. This would make for an easy weeknight dinner for the entire family.

EQUIPMENT

  • Instant Pot/Pressure Cooker



INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp Avocado Oil

  • 8 oz Sliced Mushrooms

  • 1.5 lbs Beef Stew Meat

  • 2 tbsp Butter

  • 2 tbsp Ranch Seasoning

  • 1 tsp xanthan gum

  • 1 cup beef broth

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic



INSTRUCTIONS

  • Turn the Instant pot to Saute.

  • Add your oil and beef and cook until the outside is just lightly browned and the inside is still pink.

  • Add in the minced garlic, broth, ranch seasoning, butter, mushrooms and mix until fully combined.

  • Pressure cook on high for 10 minutes.

  • Allow it to natural relase for 2 minutes then quick release.

  • Remove the meat and mushrooms from the liquid

  • Turn the instant pot on saute and let the liquid come to a simmer

  • In a small bowl mix together 1 teaspoon of xanthan gum and 2 tablespoons of super hot water. Whisk it quickly until the mixture is nice and thick and smooth.

  • Whisk the mixture into the pot with the liquid. You should start to see it thicken up. It will thicken even more once its cooled down. If the gravy is not to your desired thickness you can repeat this step. Be sure to slowly add in the xanthan gum because if you add too much it can get gummy.

  • Return the meat and mushrooms to the pot. Stir and enjoy.

Optional

  • Top with freshly chopped parsley
